This is a really simple hack!
Each of our cells is composed 70% of water. Many of us are in a chronicaly dehydrated state due to too much caffeine/alcohol. If we drink tea (including green) and coffee throughout the day and alcohol in the evenings we most likely fall into this category. If your urine is a yellow colour then you are also likely to be somewhat dehydrated.
Stiffness in the muscles, headaches, fatigue and over time even joint stiffness can be symptoms of dehydration. Over time the soft intervertebral discs between your spinal bones can become more dry and compressed. This can even result in disc protrusions and trapped nerves into your arms and/or legs.
Solution? Easy. Less caffeine and alcohol, and more water and caffeine free teas and drinks. Now go and pour yourself a glass of “water of life”!
